Why Nateshwar?

Not only does this team aim to bring wonderful stories to the public but also promotes young and aspiring talents with a platform to grow and gain experience.

The yield of this Group is utilised by the NGO to promote art and culture and help the downtrodden explore and grow in the same field.

So far, the Group has performed the Plays Dario Fo’s Accidental Death of an Anarchist, Mohan Rakesh’s Ashad ka ek din, Moliere’s Fasaad-e-Ishq, Shankar Shesh’s Adhi Raat Ke Baad, and Chandrashekhar Phansalkar’s Tax-Free received an overwhelming response from the audience in the form of Housefull shows.

Our Acting Workshops pull the emotions out of YOU! 

Emotion in acting is a necessary component to create compelling performances, making it even more important to practice generation of emotions. 

Our team of instructors stimulates and triggers the student in various ways to express varied emotions. 

Nateshwar proudly offers to you Regular Theatre Classes. We’re here to groom you as actors via a happening, fun filled Production-Oriented learning journey.

You may join our 2 month Production-Oriented Acting Workshop. 

We’ll be focusing on:

  • Characterisation
  • Emotions
  • Improvisation and Imagination 
  • Acting tools: Voice, Facial Expressions, and Body Language
  • Eastern And Western Method Acting techniques
  • Monologues Practice
  • Understand the text and sub text 

All learning through fun filled Theatre games.

Willing to continue with us after the period of 2 months, you may enroll at a fees of 3K per month only. 

Otherwise, you may also join our regular acting classes at a monthly fees of 4.5K only.

Shiv Prateek, Founder & Director Nateshwar Art and Culture Foundation, is an Alumnus of the National School of Drama, Actor, Acting Coach. He’s been in his field for around 11 years and also has 6 years of teaching experience.

WHO IS SHIV PRATEEK?

Shiv Prateek is an Alumnus of the National School of Drama, Varanasi, and holds a Master’s Degree in Theatre and Acting. He has an experience of 12 years in his field of expertise and 7 years of experience in teaching. He has acted in 100+ plays, 3 feature films, 2 web series and many short films. As a Coach, he has trained 400+ students offline and online and mentored at prestigious campuses like IIT Bombay, IIM Bangalore, and Delhi University.

His Directorial plays include Accidental Death of an Anarchist, Mohan Rakesh’s Ashad ka ek din, Adhi Raat Ke Baad, Tax-Free, Lagi Hai Daudh, Fasaad-e-Ishq, Bhagat Singh- Ek Kranti, Sita ki Agnipariksha and Bhagum Bhaag. He has also been involved in the plays Padmashri Prahasana, Knock-Knock, Fairytales Mein Twist, and Tenali Rama as the Assistant Director.
